Product Overview
W-52 CK is a proprietary formulaƟon that allows for longer working Ɵme with convenient return to service Ɵmes. It combines our
water-based urethane resin and aromaƟc hardener with our proprietary blend of Portland cement, lime and fillers (PN 1352-30 CB).
It has been formulated to provide the highest degree of impact and thermal shock resistance of any urethane concrete on the
market. It’s low odor and easy applicaƟon make it perfect for industrial coving applicaƟons.
Uses and Benefits
W-52 CK is primarily used as a cove base around the perimeter base of a room or area. It is used to achieve 1/8″-1/4″ thick coving in
one pass and can be applied and smoothed with a cove trowel. It can also be applied to green concrete.
LimitaƟons
Each mix of W-52 CK will cover approximately 32 linear Ō. (4” cove with 1” radius) at theoreƟcal coverage. A waste factor of 5%
should be contemplated when mixing and installing. Ideal applicaƟon temperatures to be between 60-90°. Cooler temperatures will
increase cure Ɵmes. Warmer temperatures will decrease working and cure Ɵmes. Verify that substrate temperature is above 5
degrees of dewpoint during applicaƟon and cure of material to avoid a potenƟal condensaƟon which may lead to adhesion issues.
